Sales MVP Award FY 22 – Outstanding Customer Success

I was fortunate enough to win the ‘Outstanding Customer Success’ award in my second year at AppZen. I was particularly pleased with this award as it came at a time when we had had a leadership change so I had a new CSM Leader to impress - to me this always means a little bit extra when its been given by someone who did not even hire you into the company.

I have since been added to the Global CSM Leadership Team and act as a senior member of the team from the EMEA pod.

‘Zennian’ of the quarter award for going above and beyond expectations and living the AppZen values 

(Received in 2021 and 2023)     

This award is provided to the AppZen employee who shows exceptional work for the previous quarter. I have received this award for my overall management of accounts and for taking over a couple of red accounts and turning them green same quarter.

This was provided in relation to the high number of customer case studies and customer speakers I was able to provide as part of an online company event.
